Downtown Calgary needed a proper cantina. Not a sports bar with a sombrero on the wall. Not a $6 taco counter. A real sit-down room with serious food, a bar program worth exploring, and staff who actually want to be there. So we built one.

Todos Santos opened on 4 St SW with one clear idea: make food worth eating, pour drinks worth drinking, and let people stay as long as they want. We're still surprised how radical that turned out to be.
